You've spent years discovering your truth. Your life story is one of your greatest discoveries because you live in gratitude for all that you've learned and each event along your life's path.

In order to discover your truth, can't you see how fear and joy have touched many of your experiences. When you experience fear, you've allowed yourself to feel and then release all the emotion.

The overcoming of fear is one of the ways your  grows. It will not grow or have meager growth at best from avoiding that which scares you. Safe spaces don't spur on growth, adversity does.

Why not let go of the anxiety by surrendering to it. Replace fear with love, joy, and feelings of empowerment. YOU'VE GOT THIS!

Besides, anxiety causes wrinkles. 

Regardless if you realize it, you've lived an empowered life, and you walk in your personal power. You may not have had the awareness until now that you've always had access to it.

TODAY IS A GIFT

I am very grateful for today. I appreciate every second of my life. I choose every day to live fully. Each morning, I wake up feeling powerful and refreshed. The sun shines brightly through the window, It gives me energy and makes me realize how beautiful everything is. I walk through my community. I watch birds fly. I smell the air. I breathe deeply. Life is incredible! My eyes open wide. I see that I have had the chance to wake up and start a brand-new day. I watch as my transition progresses. I transition to a new, better spirit every moment of every day, in which I allow the beauty of my surroundings to be absorbed in, through and as me. My beautiful flower is blooming.
