Focus on your strengths and celebrate all aspects of your personality. Keep learning and growing even as you age. The time may not be ideal with your life circumstances to live your truth but continue to transform. Know in your heart of hearts that you'll give birth to your truth when the time is right.

This is the Law of Gestation. Everything gives birth in its own time. Thus, you are pregnant with the idea of your future self, germinating and waiting for the right conditions for you to give birth and bloom! 

Your life is full of purpose, thus be open to all possibilities.

Love and appreciate every part of yourself, warts and all. Every day, take a moment to thank yourself for being the person you are now.

Today, understand that life is precious. Value your life, and honor your needs. Give life to your dreams and take daily actions to move you closer to your goals. Be Strong !

TODAY IS A GIFT

I am very grateful for today. I appreciate every second of my life. I choose every day to live fully. Each morning, I wake up feeling powerful and refreshed. The sun shines brightly through the window, It gives me energy and makes me realize how beautiful everything is. I walk through my community. I watch birds fly. I smell the air. I breathe deeply. Life is incredible! My eyes open wide. I see that I have had the chance to wake up and start a brand-new day. I watch as my transition progresses. I transition to a new, better spirit every moment of every day, in which I allow the beauty of my surroundings to be absorbed in, through and as me. My beautiful flower is blooming.
